Tip of the Month Recipient | The Kelly Barga Family

All tips given the month of September will be donated to the Barga family of Versailles. Kelly Barga is married to Tony and they have two grown children, one who is a pre-school director in Wilminton, Ohio, and the other who is in the US Army in Oklahoma. On April 22, 2021, Kelly was taken to the Greenville Hospital where she found out that she had necrotizing pancreatitis which is when part of the pancreas dies. Due to the pancreas tissue dying, it infected the small intestine causing a hole which has been repaired with surgery, and also a hole in the colon which still needs to be surgically corrected. After months in hospitals (including Greenville, Miami Valley, and Cleveland) and multiple surgeries, Kelly was brought back home on August 4th to recover at home allowing her insides to heal and for Kelly to grow stronger in anticipation for surgery to fix her colon and remove the dead portion of her pancreas in a few weeks. She is currently on IV nutrition and is only allowed to consume clear liquids. Twice a week, a home help nurse visits Kelly. Her father comes to help everyday along with her husband when he comes home from work. Kelly is currently not working, but was an order-packer at the Cornerstone Veterinary Services as well as raise bottle calves on the farm. Kelly enjoys reading, cooking, and visiting family and friends. Let us keep the Barga family in our daily prayers. Your generous tip will help cover their medical bills. Thank you and God bless!
