All tips given the month of June will be donated to the Landon Thobe family of Bradford. Eleven year old Landon is son to Jason and Amber and younger brother to Levi and older brother to Leeum. This busy family’s lifestyle was centered around the three boys who were active in sports and band. All of that changed on September 12, 2021 with an x-ray of a tumor in Landon’s brain. Surgery was performed two days later and the doctors determined that he had medulloblastoma. Landon’s brain tumor started to grow back before an extensive treatment program could start. A five time a week proton treatment lasted for the first several months after surgery. The 30 rounds of proton treatments down in Cincinnati ended on November 29, 2021. Pushing through all of the negative side affects of his treatment with the stregnth of God and support of his loving parents, Landon was able to stay an honor roll student. He goes to chemotherapy four days a week then three weeks home on a continuous schedule starting on December 27, 2021 at Dayton Children’s Hospital and his last one will be in June 2022. The first round of chemotherapy led to non eptilptic seizures that he still is having through treatment, and he is on an anti-seizure medication. He ended up with a g-tube for his feedings and has been hospitalized many times for infections dealing with the g-tube and chemo. Since Landon’s diagnosis Amber left work to care for him, and Jason continues to work. Landon loved baseball and was a part of the Troy Bombers team. The LA Angels is his favorite professional team and Mike Trout is his favorite player on the team. Let us keep the Thobe family in our daily prayers. Your generous tip will help cover their medical bills. Thank you and God bless!
