All tips given the month of September will be donated to the Annette Burkhardt family of Coldwater. Annette is 57 years old, and wife to Michael Burkhardt. Together, they have 10 children and five grandchildren.
In June 2021, Annette was diagnosed with Lou Gehrig’s disease, also known as ALS, which is a rare neurodegenerative disease. Her ALS has progressed quickly since January 2024, and now she is requiring continual care. Michael and the remaining children are helping provide for her with the love and care she needs. At times it requires specialized nurses to care for her.
Annette loves family time, riding bikes, taking walks in the woods, and sewing quilts. Currently she is no longer able to walk and her mobility in her hands is very minimal with difficulty speaking.
Annette and her family ask for you to pray to our Divine Physician, God the Father for her healing so she can enjoy her favorite things and live out her vocation as mother and wife. Let us keep the Burkhardt family in our daily prayers. Your generous tip will help cover their ongoing medical bills and provide needed caregiver assistance. Thank you and God bless!
